About us
The Equal Opportunities Officer ensures compliance with the equality mandate enshrined in the Basic Law of the Federal Republic of Germany and supports the management in implementing equality structures. Her legal status, tasks, and duties are regulated by the Equal Opportunities Act of the State of Baden-Württemberg.
