Care Navigators
The interest in the topic of caring for relatives is steadily growing. The university provides its employees with several care advisors who are available to offer initial assistance with any questions that arise regarding the compatibility of caring for relatives and work.
They inform affected employees about legal frameworks and internal university options for balancing work and family life, and provide support by referring them to central contact points and local services.
The care advisors treat employees' concerns with strict confidentiality.
