Equal Opportunities Officer Initiatives

The Equal Opportunities Officer has the right to initiate and directly present proposals to the head of the department (chancellor), enabling her to propose unfiltered and direct measures to promote equality.

This has resulted in various projects, such as Girls' Day, continuing education program offerings, the family meeting, the annual women's assembly, to which all female colleagues in the science support sector are invited, and much more.
