Equality and Equal Opportunity Structure and development plan
The Structure and Development Plan (StEP) is the university's central strategy document. It sets out long-term development goals, their implementation in measures, and the necessary resources and areas of responsibility.
The StEP has a term of five years and is developed with the involvement of various university departments such as the Senate, administration, equal opportunities officers, and staff council.
Part of this plan is the equality plan for the entire university, which also reflects the equal opportunities plan for the science support area.
